Senior Payroll Specialist (Logistics)

Armont Recruitment have partnered with a leading logistics organisation seeking an ambitious senior payroll specialist to join their growing team based in Dublin.

This company is at a time of extreme growth through development across all functions of the business and this position will take full ownership of the monthly payroll process for Ireland.

This is a genuine opportunity for a senior payroll professional looking for a move into a number one position within payroll in a rapidly expanding organisation.

The Role

• Manage and take full ownership of the monthly payroll processes for Ireland working within the HR team
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions focusing on new hires, terminations, changes to pay rates, benefits, taxes, overtime, pensions and any other payments & deductions
• Work collaboratively with the HR function to ensure accurate internal records for all salary and benefit information
• Manage payroll tax filings, returns and payments across Ireland are processed accurately
• Coordinating the timely and accurate delivery of weekly and monthly payroll
• Responding to payroll queries for employees in a timely manner
• Implementation of payroll best practices
• Other ad hoc duties as requested

The Candidate 

• IPASS qualified
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a high-volume payroll position
• Ability to manage and deal with stakeholders of all levels within the business
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong systems experience

The Reward
