Senior Finance Manager (Medical)

Armont Recruitment have partnered with a market leading medical organisation seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their high calibre finance team based in Dublin on an initially 15-month fixed term contract.

This outstanding opportunity will play a key hands-on leadership role within a high-growth business that has achieved impressive expansion in recent years. Within this position you will be responsible for all day-to-day accounting operations and report into the Head of Finance.

This role will suit a qualified ACA or ACCA with finance management PQE within industry. Alternatively, you may be a Big 4 (or Top 6 trained ACA) at senior manager or associate director level seeking your first move into industry.

The Role

• Manage finance team members, providing leadership and direction
• Manage the finance function including internal and external reporting, audit and the internal controls and policies
• Provide strong financial management and oversight of the balance sheets, driving improved reconciliations and reporting
• Liaising with the executive team at all levels and provide support to across departments
• Review and monitor KPIs for any potential improvements in future
• Manage the external audit timeline and relationship to ensure delivery of group and statutory audit reports within required timelines
• Other ad hoc finance project work as required.

The Candidate

• Qualified finance manager or financial controller with a minimum 4 years’ PQE
• Alternatively Big 4 or Top 6 trained ACA at senior manager or associate director level
• The ability to plan, prioritise and execute to enable deliverables of tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels across the business

The Rewards

• Salary range, circa €85,000 to €95,000
