Financial Planning & Analysis Accountant (FP&A)

Armont Recruitment have partnered with a market leading global business seeking an experienced FP&A Accountant to join their high calibre finance team based in their offices in the heart of Dublin city.

You will work within a dynamic commercial finance team and you will drive financial performance, provide financial analysis and make key financial business decisions within this global organisation.

The role will suit a Qualified (ACA or ACCA) Accountant with a minimum of 2 years PQE within a commercial position.

The Role

• Work closely with various stakeholders to provide financial information, analysis, and support to leadership, helping them make and execute informed decisions which drive better financial performance.
• Provide ‘real time’ financial support and analysis to stakeholders within the business and actively participate in decision-making and controllership activities.
• Preparation of monthly management reports, including insight and analysis on financial performance, performance trends and offering a perspective on any action required.
• Introducing and enhancing commercial procedures to maintain and improve financial performance.
• Other ad-hoc activities arising based on business needs.

The Candidate

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) – 2 years’ plus PQE
• Big 4 or Top 10 practice trained
• Excellent analytical, technical and accounting skills
• High level of commercial and business awareness
• Strong growth mind-set
