Financial Accountant (PLC)

Armont Recruitment have partnered with a leading PLC seeking a Financial Accountant to join their high calibre finance team based in Dublin city.

This business has operations globally and manages all revenue locally, whilst reporting to group (PLC) in Europe. This role will suit a Qualified Big 4 / Top 6 Accountant with 0-2 years’ PQE seeking a move into a global leading multinational.

You will be keen to work in an environment that allows you to challenge the status quo and get involved in project work in conjunction with taking on the required finance responsibilities. This role will suit someone that is passionate and enthusiastic about working in an ambitious team.

The Role

• Preparation of monthly management reporting
• Review and management of balance sheet reconciliations
• Sales reporting and margin analysis
• Review regulatory reports prepared by junior team members
• Preparation of annual statutory accounts
• Identify and manage process improvements
• Collaborate and develop relationships with key stakeholders
• Some project work, within the area of competence, may also be included in this role.

The Candidate

• Qualified with circa 0-2 years’ PQE within a multinational environment
• Ideally Big 4 or Top 6 trained accountant
• Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills
• SAP experience preferred but not essential
