Commercial Accountant (FMCG)

Armont Recruitment have partnered with a leading FMCG business seeking a newly/recently qualified accountant, who is commercially minded and interested in working in a non-month end role with commercial stakeholder responsibilities based in north Dublin.

This role will suit a newly/recently qualified accountant with previous FMCG industry experience, or a practice trained accountant interested in making your first move into industry from a Big 4 or Top 10 accountancy firm.

The Role 

• Responsibility for all aspects of financial/sales reporting
• Assist in preparing budgets & quarterly forecasts
• Preparation of information for monthly/quarterly review meetings
• Provide management information for improved commercial decision making
• Roll out best practice commercial finance practices
• Create and maintain detailed cost analysis report
• Other ad hoc reporting & projects

The Candidate 

• Qualified Accountant (0-1 years’ PQE)
• Big 4/Top 10 practice trained or FMCG industry experience
• Very strong attention to detail
• Have good interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong Excel skills and ERP systems experience
