Accounts Assistant (AP/AR)

Armont Recruitment have partnered with a leading global retail organisation seeking an ambitious Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic finance team based in north Dublin.

This business has expanded over the years through rapid development and is progressively expanding their global operations within Ireland.

The role will report to the finance manager and will suit a candidate with over 1 years’ experience in AP and AR working within a fast-paced position.

The Role

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• High volume invoice processing
• Stakeholder management
• Accounting Reconciliations
• Development and management of existing/new projects

The Candidate

• 1 years plus experience working in a similar role within a multinational organisation
• Experience of multicurrency transactions
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, “if” function) and ERP systems
