His career began in finance, a professional services firm specialising in audit & insolvency practice, before undertaking a role as a fund accountant.Dermot commenced his recruitment career in 2005 and immediately loved it! He has since spent 15+ years' developing lasting relationships with many of Ireland's leading employers.

His overall 20+ years' experience, in both finance and recruitment, has seen Dermot develop an extensive professional network across the accountancy & finance community in Ireland.

Kevin is an accountancy and finance recruitment specialist with over 5 years' experience within the Armont Recruitment team.Kevin is a specialist in finance support careers including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) and payroll opportunities from junior to senior management level. Kevin also specialises in trainee or part qualified accountants undertaking their ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA examinations.

Kevin holds an Honours Degree in Human Resource Management achieving a 2.1 result and holds a Higher Certificate in Business Management.

Sam is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and an Accredited Product Advisor (APA) in general insurance. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies and Management (2.1) from the Institute of Technology, Carlow.

Sam specialises in recruitment of accountancy and finance staff across the professional services and industry market. Sam happily spends his days conversing with part qualified and qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA and CPA professionals, in order to fully understand their career aspirations.

Prior to Armont Recruitment, Sam gained 3 years' valuable customer service experience across both banking and insurance, supporting the requirements for their commercial and personal clientele.
